Kevin turned the big 35 and we had a small family celebration to mark the day.
What do two pennyless children get their dear ole dad for his birthday? Well, candy of course. This is quite the production at Target where they get to pick out and help pour candy into the bag. Loads of fun (because the candy whining commences and will not stop till they get some).
And sharing of the candy to the two pennyless children prompts this one to do the "candy dance."
Make a wish, Daddy! Nate loves, loves fire and getting to blow out the candles is right up there with potty words. I should be worried considering my own past with fire (sorry Mom).
