We've turned over a new leaf with our newly established "House Rules." This has made a world of difference and has brought a new peace to the Turek house. Nate still has his 3-year old moments, but they have drastically lessened and I am feeling way more patient and relaxed. :) Rule number 3 was Nate's idea by the way. (This is geared toward Rylie, who loves to blow raspberries). We've also turned the t.v. off and have been spending our time doing projects, cooking, and anything imaginative we can think of from blanket forts to making homemade peppermint play dough. I kept our rules simple for now and will add more rules as we go along. The effect has been just magical.
